"Hello Cranky," says Thomas, "the Fat Controller has sent us to look for lost party things. So far we have found bags, party hats, chips, blowers, and chocolates, and we have just one more thing to find. Do you have any idea where the last party thing might be?"

"Why yes Thomas I do," says Cranky. "Last night some things blew into my basket and they look a lot like party things. If you want them someone will have to wind my basket down so that the children can reach them."
